SMOGCHILL Cold Filter Device

R.S.B. has designed and built a laboratory prototype of a cold filter device called SMOGCHILL at the National Soil and Water Research Center. This device aims to clean the chimneys of factories and thermal power plants that use mazut or fossil fuels and emit polluting smoke.

How it works:

1.Smoke suction and compression: Smoke and steam from the laser vaporizer (which converts contaminated water into steam without scale) are drawn into the device by the advanced and rapid suction and compression system.

2.Conversion of smoke and steam into gel: Using a fast and energy-efficient cooling and refrigeration system, smoke and steam are converted into industrial gel.

3.Gel discharge: The industrial gel is discharged by air pressure.
